Rich has worked in the employee benefit consulting and life and estate planning business for over 25 years and is proficient in all areas of group benefit programs. He is currently the CEO of K&P Consulting Group. Rich is a third generation native of Manatee County.
Rich specializes in strategic planning, benefit financing and health legislation. Rich has earned the Chartered Health Consultant (ChHC) designation and is one of less than 250 individuals in America today that holds this designation.
He is a licensed broker for Health, Life, and Variable Annuities and has the following designations: Chartered Health Consultant (ChHC), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU).
Rich is a part of The Florida Housing & Finance Authority, a chairman of The Manatee Housing & Finance Authority, and a Big Brother in Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Florida. He was the past Chairman of The Manatee Chamber of Commerce, the past President of St. Joseph Catholic School Board, and the past President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Florida.
